AI Risk Suggestions

When to Use This

Use AI suggestions to identify risks you might have missed. The suggestions are tailored based on your RTO’s size, delivery mode, student cohorts, and other operational factors.

Before You Start

Complete your Operational Profile first. Without it, you’ll only get generic suggestions.

Go to Settings → Operational Profile and fill in:

Your RTO’s size and age
Student cohorts and delivery mode
Revenue sources and third-party arrangements
High-risk training areas (health, construction, etc.)
Your systems and governance structure

This takes about 5 minutes and significantly improves the relevance of suggestions.

Steps

Open AI Risk Suggestions

From Registers → Risk, click AI Risk Suggestions.

Review suggestions

RTOSafe generates suggestions across different business areas (Governance, Compliance, Training Quality, etc.). Each suggestion includes:

A risk title and description
Why it matters for RTOs like yours

Add relevant risks

Click Add to Risk Register on any suggestion you want to track. The title, description, and business area are pre-filled — you just need to rate the likelihood and impact.

What Happens Next

Added risks appear on your register with Pending status
You can add controls to each risk
Click Regenerate anytime to get fresh suggestions based on your current register

Suggestions avoid duplicating risks you’ve already added.
