PD Plans

A PD plan sets out what professional development a staff member should complete during the year. It contains goals they work toward, and tracks their progress as they log activities.

Use PD plans when you want to:

• Set individual development goals for staff
• Track progress toward those goals throughout the year
• Ensure staff are working on specific competency areas
