Go to Settings → Notifications

Under Email Notifications, tick Send weekly reminder emails to staff about policies they need to read

Select Save
What Happens Next
- Every Monday at 9:00 AM (Sydney time), RTOSafe checks for staff with pending policy agreements
- Staff who have outstanding agreements receive a single email listing all policies they need to agree to
- The email includes a link to their Staff Portal where they can read and accept the policies
- Staff who have already agreed to all their policies won’t receive an email
Only active staff receive reminder emails. Deactivated staff won’t be emailed.
Common Issues
Staff aren't receiving emails
Check the notification setting is turned on, and that the staff member has pending agreements
Emails going to spam
Ask staff to check their spam folder and mark RTOSafe emails as safe
Want to send reminders more often
Weekly reminders are automatic. For urgent policies, contact staff directly
