Monitor PD Requirements


When to Use This

Use this report when:

  • Identifying staff who need to complete more PD
  • Preparing for an external audit

Using the Report

Go to Reports → PD Requirements to see your staff’s compliance status.

Reading the table:

  • Green “Meets Minimum”: Staff member has completed required hours
  • Red “Below Minimum”: Staff member needs more PD in this area
  • Progress bar: Visual indicator of actual vs required hours

Filtering: Narrow down by staff, department, requirement, or status (e.g., show only non-compliant).

Exporting: Select Export to Excel to download the current filtered view for audit documentation.


What Happens Next

  • Results are recalculated automatically at 1:00 AM daily
  • Click Recalculate if you need updated results immediately after staff log new activities
  • Exported files are named with timestamps for audit trail purposes

Common Issues

"No data available yet" message

First calculation hasn’t run yet—click Recalculate or wait until 1:00 AM

Expected staff member missing

Staff may be inactive, or no requirements apply to their trainer scope type
